Thomas L. Embry, MD An Arizona resident since age six, Dr. Embry has been practicing family medicine in the Valley since 1981. He joined Dynamite Creek Medical Center in 2008 and is on staff at the Phoenix hospitals of John C. Lincoln Health Network: Deer Valley Hospital and North Mountain Hospital.

Dr. Embry received his medical degree from University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson and completed a family practice residency program at University of Florida College of Medicine. He also holds a B.A. from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix and an M.R.E. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas.

Dr. Embry’s medical experience includes serving as an officer in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps in Brownsville, TX and Phoenix, AZ; as a volunteer physician for a number of community service organizations; and participating, with his wife, in medical-dental missions to Mexico and Central America. Dr. Embry and his wife, Linda, have 8 children and 12 grandchildren.

Dr. Embry is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Arizona Academy of Family Physicians, and also a diplomate fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
