Requests for prescriptions are handled during our regular office hours of 7 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Refills: Call your pharmacy and have them fax a refill request to us at (480) 342-7077. Please allow at least 72 hours to complete your refill.
