Payment is required at the time of service. We ask that patients covered by insurance plans pay any required co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles and/or non-covered services at the time of their visit.

If circumstances make it difficult to meet your financial responsibility at the time of your visit, special arrangements can be made with our billing office.
